3. Account Registration

4. Custodial Wallet
When you create an account, we generate a custodial Solana wallet on your behalf. Private keys are encrypted and stored securely. You may export your private key at any time to take self-custody of your funds. We are not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from private key export or compromise.
5. Wagering and Fees
Our Services involve wagering cryptocurrency (SOL) on game outcomes. By participating:
- You acknowledge that wagering involves risk of loss
- A 5% platform fee is deducted from winning payouts
- Draws and cancellations result in full refunds with no fees
- All wagers are held in escrow until game completion
- Settlements are final and non-reversible
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games
- Collude with other players to manipulate outcomes
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the system
- Engage in money laundering or other illegal activities
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Interfere with the proper operation of the Services
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our Services are owned by C4 Studios or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR SPECIFIC OUTCOMES. CRYPTOCURRENCY VALUES ARE VOLATILE AND YOU MAY LOSE SOME OR ALL OF YOUR FUNDS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, C4 STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, DATA, OR PROFITS.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining funds in your wallet.
